Restaurants & Bars in Mui Ne Vietnam
Here are a few of our favourite restaurants in Mui Ne. Click to view some suggestions for the bars/clubs of Mui Ne.
Dong Vui Food Court is simply our favourite place to eat in Mui Ne! Fabulous concept with more than a dozen different restaurants around a common seating area, many of which are serving
really top quality food, and a bar selling ten plus different craft beers at great prices (make sure you check out the IPA and the whit beer). Our favourite restaurants are JJs (amazing
paella), Piri Piri (great spicy ribs and chicken) Surfing Bird's Wok (tasty Thai dishes), Wunderbar (German sausage and schnitzel) Vegetarian El Cafe (check out the thali) and many others. You could come here
every day for a week and not get bored. Address: 246 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Mui Ne.
Sukhothai Grill & Restaurant is part of the Sunsea Resort, and
is an excellent, high quality Thai restaurant, with a lovely position right on the
beach, next to the resort infinity swimming pool - high class dining in a romantic
setting. Address: 50 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Mui Ne.
Goat BBQ is very popular in Vietnam, with the Vietnamese - and
its seriously delicious, one of our all time favourites. Also good fun as
you BBQ the marinated goat meat yourself on a table BBQ. You can find several good
restaurants serving just goat meat, although they are all out of the main Mui Ne
tourist area. Take a taxi to Ham Tien Market, then keep walking away from
Mui Ne and you'll see 3 or more within 100 meters - look for the goat picture on
the signs.
Sinbad is the place to go for fab kebabs, and delicious greek or
tomato pesto salads and tzatziki. You can also pick up nice white ciabattas
here, and if you order one day in advance, German dark bread. Just across
the road from Pogo bar.
The Open Air Fish Beachside Fish Restaurants have the freshest seafood and fish in town - its alive! There are a few of these places by the sea and they all serve super fresh and good food. Vietnamese style that means plastic chairs and improvised kitchens. All on the seaside road, heading away from Saigon,
just before Dragon Beach bar
Ngoc Suong serves traditional Vietnamese food. The restaurant is on the beach and you will find a lot of Vietnamese customers in it which is the
best sign if you are looking for some real good Vietnamese food. Address: 195 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Mui Ne.
Paradise Beach Club is a beach restaurant right on the beach at the resort Coco Beach. The style of the cuisine is French as well as Vietnamese with great choices of seafood, fish and meat. Address: 58 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Mui Ne
Sandals is the restaurant at the resort Mia and has a great choice of Mediterranean dishes, also seafood and meat dishes, and they have great wine list. Address: 24 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Mui Ne
Santimatti as the name already says: Italian food. The pizza and pasta are lovely and our personal tip, try the caprese salad - also you don't get a better mozzarella anywhere! (opposite Blue Ocean Resort)
Sri Ganesh Restaurant makes the best thali this side of Chennai and of course the rest of the menu is real good south and north Indian food. In high season go early enough or make a booking because it can be really busy. Address: 55-57 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Mui Ne
Buffalo Steak House for the best steak in Mui Ne - they also do tasty fish n chips. Address: 103, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Mui Ne.
Jibes Beach Club Restaurant serve consistently good Western and Vietnamese food, and a great Saturday night BBQ. Address: 90, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Mui Ne.
The Bar has a great mix of western and Vietnamese food, good value and served by friendly staff. Great breakfast options for either huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos or american style pancakes.
Address: 114, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Mui Ne.
Hill's Smokeria (Burgeria) serve nice burgers in a cool atmosphere with a nice garden too. Address: 233c, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Mui Ne.
King of Sandwich - not just great sandwiches, but excellent other
stuff for snacks, and the B E S T croissants we ever tasted in Vietnam. Opposite Coco Beach Resort. Only open in high season (October - March).
Katie's Coffee House serves the best coffee in town, as well as some great savoury and sweet snacks. Opposite Sunrise Hotel.
And a few of the bars we like...
Pogo is a really original bar with Pogo-Man and all the other features - we can't explain it, you just need to see it! We've had some pretty wild parties in the past – so don’t miss it if you are looking for fun. Great tunes, good people. Shishas too
- and excellent food to boot.
Dragon Beach currently the top Mui Ne nightspot, run by that old
evergreen Andras. Also on the beach and has a good choice of drinks, brilliant sofas and even double beds right by the ocean,
as well as cool tunes.
Line Up the newest nightspot on the strip, completely refurbished since its last incarnation as DJ Station. Good tunes and a nice vibe.
